Cleaning fees and liability
A $20 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned with excessive dirt as determined by Orlando Party Express and the extra fee will be assessed within 2 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 5 days .
The renter agrees that OPE holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party.
Lost and damage
The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days.
The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.
Rental items will be at all times in the place where it was delivered or the main address of the event.
The client will be responsible at all times for protecting the equipment from inclement weather. All rental equipment that is received wet or damaged will incur extra charges assessed by Orlando Party Express.
Balance will be always paid at the time of delivery/ service. All orders placer online have to be paid in full in order to our staff to complete customer service.
A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.
Once a client pays an order using a Shopify plattaform online in our store , there is a non refundable fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction wich is the Shopify transaction fee of orlandopartyxpress.com online store.
Cancellation fee is 12% of the order.
Agreement Order Online
By completing the payment using this online platform of our company, the client automatically approves this agreement and must comply with everything stipulated in this settlement.
Renter and Orlando Party Express hereby agree that this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Renter and Orlando Party Express and no prior oral or written statement, correspondence, sample, or other terms, quotations, or understandings shall modify, alter, or in any way affect the terms thereof.

Delivery procedure:1-Driver will arrive to the Delivery destination and locate you.2-Once you are contacted you will be asked for an ID that should match the Name stated in the Reservation. Driver will take a photo of the ID.3-Staff will place the Rental items in the spot requested by the client and explain the operation of the equipment (if appy).Pick UpThe day of the pick up, staff will check the status of the rental and if all is good no further action is requested,In case the staff notice any breakage or damage to the equipment you will be notified at the time and an aditional invoice will be send to you according to the value of the damage.
